澳門鏡湖護理學院與香港醫院管理局合作開辦「紓緩護理護理學專科深造課程」，筆者有幸作為學生參與於香港進行的理論培訓、考核和臨床見習，見識香港紓緩照護模式，涵蓋了多個服務範疇，務求使病患及家屬得到更方便及全面的紓緩照護。期望此見聞分享對澳門紓緩照護發展有所啟示。

Kiang Wu Nursing College of Macau launched the specialty course of ＂Hospice and Palliative Nursing＂ under the program ＂Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Nursing Programme＂ (PDAN) with Hospital Authority of Hong Kong. The authors, as the students of this programme, had the opportunity to study in classes and clinic observations of palliative care in Hong Kong. Palliative care in Hong Kong covers a range of clinical areas and involves multi-parties, aiming to provide comprehensive and accessible services for patients and their family members. It is hoped that our sharing of palliative care practices in Hong Kong can evoke reflections on the way to improve the palliative care nursing in Macao.
