青少年休閒參與及休閒阻礙－以屏東縣爲例

本研究採用次級資料分析，針對「屏東縣少年生活狀況調查」中的2, 351位青少年進行休閒參與及休閒阻礙之分析。研究結果發現，研究樣本參與較多的休閒活動是觀賞電視、音樂欣賞、球類運動、上網及線上遊戲，並且從事網絡多媒體類休閒活動者，在自我成長、人際互動、健康維護或整體休閒感受並沒有明顯的正向感受。另外，研究樣本感受到的休閒阻礙前五名依序爲沒有同伴、家裡距離休閒場所很遠、沒有足夠的錢、沒有交通工具到休閒場所、沒有從事休閒活動的習慣。此外，女性感受到的個人性、結構性阻礙較高；家中經濟狀況是普通貧窮者，所面臨的各面向阻礙較小康富裕者高；隨著整體休閒感受愈差者，則個人性阻礙與整體休閒阻礙隨之增高。故爲能提高屏東縣青少年的休閒參與，相關單位應加強休閒教育，積極開發與連結社區資源，並且在活動與空間的規劃上應考量性別差異與經濟弱勢家庭之需求。

Data about 2, 351 adolescents from the study of ”Life Investigation on Pingtung Youth” is reused in this study to analyze adolescent leisure participation and constraint. The findings are as follows. The most favored leisure activities by the targets are watching TV, listening to music, playing balls, getting on line and playing on-line games. However, it is found that those who participation in on-line multimedia leisure activities do not have positive feelings towards self-growth, inter-relationship, health care or leisure activities. Besides, the first five constraints on leisure activities are no companionship, long distance from home, no money, lack of suitable transportation, and lack of hobbies. As for the female, the constraints on leisure activities are apparently individual and constructive. The poorer encounter more leisure constraint than the richer. The worse leisure feelings one may have, the higher individual and leisure constraint one may meet. Therefore, in order to improve the adolescents participation in leisure activities in Pingtung County, it is suggested that authorities concerned strengthen leisure education, aggressively develop and connect community resources as well as consider the difference between gender and the needs of families of poor economy when making activity plans.
