A patient diagnosed with cerebellar metastasis experienced a "no-no" type head tremor, which mimics an essential tremor. We reviewed this case in an attempt to identify the demographic and clinical characteristics of essential tremors. A 69-year-old woman with breast infiltrating duct carcinoma metastasis to the cerebellum is presented. The primary tumor had been treated by surgery, hormone therapy, and chemotherapy14 years ago. Multiple brain, bone, liver, and lung metastases were also noted during this 14-year span, which were respectively treated with other courses of chemotherapy. Herein, we describe the case of a patient with cerebellar metastasis from breast carcinoma, which mimics head tremor. Having addressed the methodological issues, we believe that our finding of head tremors in our patient diagnosed with cerebellar metastasis reflects an important relationship in the cerebellum with essential tremors.
