醫院為高度專業領域人力密集的組識,所以高離職率除了會提升人力培訓的成本外,更會影響到病患的就醫品質。然而目前許多有關醫院內人力資源管理研究中,多將研究焦點置於各科醫師或護理人員,但卻鮮少探討到醫技人員(包含麻醉師、藥劑師、醫檢師、物理治療師、血液透析師及放射師),醫技人員與各科醫師、護理人員同為醫院之重要人力資源,亦可說醫技人員為醫院之重要專業領域人力資源,值得進行探究。因此,本研究以醫技人員為主要研究對象,探討不同專業領域之醫技人員,其單位主管採用何種領導型態與醫技人員的工作價值觀會使醫技人員的組識承諾及離職傾向有何差異。 |
英文摘要 |
Hospitals are view as highly related to medical specialist, so high turnover rate will lead high training cost and influence patients care. However, many studies on human resource management in hospitals mainly discuss about doctors and nursing staff. They neglect that allied health professions, such as anaesthetist, pharmacist, medical technologist, physical therapist, hemodialysis technician and radiologic technologist, are the human resource as important as doctors and nursing staff. In medical professions, the allied health professions are the determinates, and it's necessary to have a further research. Thus, the allied health professions are the main study sample in this study. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among leadership style, work values, organizational commitment, and turnover tendency of hospital's allied health professions. |
