本研究依據許富順、黃梅鑾(2002)台灣電子業應用企業再造建構虛擬組織之實際執行成效與意圖期望差距一文中t值大小,持續追蹤研究,先排定t值順序後,旋即擬訂相關議題,採專家訪談法,彙整學者、專家意見,做為理論研究基礎;再採業界訪談法,訪談電子業界成功做法,做為實務研究依據,彙整理論與實務擬訂因應策略,提供業界參考。綜合研究結果,因應策略說明如下:企業再造因策略包含:1.企業流程策略:(1)多樣專才人力(2)作業流程變革(3)製程委外整合;2.組織結構策略:(1)權變的組織結構(2)創新的組織(3)組織網路化;3.資訊科技策略:(1)人力資源發展(2)團隊運作(3)資訊轉換工程;4.企業文化因應策略:(1)落實勞動法令,保障員工權益。(2)前程發展規劃,激發員工工作意願(3)適時做回饋,增加員工工作滿足;至於虛擬組織因應策略包含:1.合作聯盟策略:(1)技術整合;(2)國際行銷;(3)建立經營產銷模式;2.內部核心優勢策略:(1)創新績效工作團隊;(2)鞏固轉型領導;3.網路科技策略;(1)建立科技願景;(2)設置網路科技導向委員會。 |

This paper is based on a theory recently brought up by Mei-Nuan Hsu and Fu-Shun Hsu (2002) on using business reengineering to build a virtual organization on the electronics industries in Taiwan. We observe the difference between actual practice and theoretical expectations T, list out numbers of the outcomes and discuss relational issues. We first take on interviewing as a method, interview successful electronic industries then use the Interview method to consult scholars and professionals, reorganize theory and practice and come out with reacting strategies. Putting together results, we have our reacting strategies: On Business Reorganization: 1. Reacting Strategy in Business Process: 2. Reacting Structure on Organizational Structure: 3. Reacting Strategy on informational technology: (1) Develop informational technology talent, (2) Teamwork, (3) Informational Change; 4. Reacting Strategies onindustrial culture: On Virtual Organization: 1. Reacting Strategy on Strategy Alliance: 2. Reacting Strategy on Core-competence: 3. Reacting Strategy on Internet technology. |
