研究的主要目的在於探討南部某區域醫院員工的工作績效之現況,組織公民行為、工作績效之間的關係,以供未來相關研究做參考,以有限的資源,有效提升醫院員工的工作績效。研究對象:南部某區域醫院為樣本,共收集255份有效樣本。分析方法:所收集之資料,以SPSS12.0進行分析,分析方法包括描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析及迴歸分析等方法。資料分析結果,發現人口變項在組織公民行為、工作績效有顯著差異;組織公民行為與工作績效有正相關。員工工作績效會受組織公民行為所影響,表示組織公民行為越好,其員工工作績效越良好;因此本研究假說組織公民行為會影響工作績效獲得支持。 |
英文摘要 |
The main purpose of this research was to explore the employee's job performance of a regional hospital in southern part of Taiwan, and the potential association with their organizational citizenship behavior. Material was gathered from 255 valid samples of a regional hospital. Analysis techniques included descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and regression analysis. The data analysis revealed that the demographic variables in organizational citizenship behavior, and job performance were significantly different; organizational citizenship behavior and job performance were positively correlated. The hypotheses were supported. The study concluded that the job performance will be affected by the organizational citizenship behavior. |
