本研究旨在探討高雄地區國小教練領導行為與選手滿意度之間的關係,以高雄地區國小羽球代表隊為研究對象,並以「高雄地區國小羽球代表隊教練領導行為與選手滿意度之研究量表」為研究工具,總共發放426份研究問卷,回收426份研究問卷,經剔除27份無效問卷,合計399份有效問卷,回收有效問卷率為93.55%。資料分析採用敘述性統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Scheffe事後檢定法、Pearson積差相關分析與逐步迴歸分析等方法進行統計分析,本研究主要發現如下:1. 在選手知覺教練領導行為中,排序得分最高的是「獎賞行為」,其次為「訓練、指導、關懷與民主行為」,得分最低則是「權威行為」。2. 不同背景變項之羽球代表隊選手知覺的教練領導行為,在「性別」、「年級」、「參加團隊年資」、「每次練習時間」與「每週訓練次數」等五個變項皆達顯著差異。3. 不同背景變項之羽球代表隊選手滿意度,在「性別」、「年級」、「參加團隊年資」、「每次練習時間」與「每週訓練次數」等五個變項皆達顯著差異。4. 選手知覺的教練領導行為與選手滿意度具有顯著的正相關。5. 在教練領導行為構面中的「訓練、指導、關懷與民主行為」與「權威行為」皆對「選手滿意度」具有顯著的預測力。

英文摘要

The research purpose was to explore the relationship between coaches' leadership behaviors and team satisfaction. The research object was the badminton team of elementary school in Kaohsiung City; the research tool was the "Relationship between Coaches' Leadership Behaviors and Team Satisfaction scale". During the research, 426 questionnaires were distributed and all returned. After deleting 27 invalid questionnaires, 399 were left, with the effective recovery rate being 93.55%. Descriptive Statistics, Independent Samples T-test, ANOVA, Scheffe Post Hoc, Pearson Correlation, Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis were used to make statistical analysis. The main findings are: 1. The "rewarded behavior" got the highest score, followed by "training, guidance, care and livelihood behavior," the last one was "authoritative behavior" on how players perceived coaches' leadership behaviors. 2. There were significant differences among "sex", "school grade", "years of participating in teams," "per practice time" and "weekly training times" in terms of players' satisfaction on coaches' leadership behaviors with different background. 3. There were significant differences among "sex", "school grade", "years of participating in teams," "per practice time" and "weekly training times" in terms of players' satisfaction with different background. 4. How player perceived coaches' leadership behaviors has significant positive correlation with players' satisfaction. 5. In the coaches "leadership behavior dimensions", "training, guidance, care and livelihood behavior" and "authoritative behavior" has significant predictive power on "players' satisfaction".
