RFID技術在2003年被列為21世紀重大技術之一，近年來被廣泛地應用在不同的產業上，許多產業利用其資料讀取正確性高、快速掌握目標物流動狀況以及可大幅縮短作業時間等優點，使RFID系統在各產業皆能發揮最大的效用。本研究之目的在於運用RFID技術於個案公司之倉庫管理部門之原物料進料、庫存盤點以及成品出貨等作業，並分析將RFID技術導入倉庫管理部門後之績效。經模擬研究顯示，將RFID系統導入倉庫管理作業，可以大幅提升原物料進料、庫存盤點、成品出貨、以及退貨處理之作業效率，除能有效的縮短工時外，亦能藉由RFID系統的讀取正確性來防止人為因素出錯的可能性，並隨時正確地掌握貨物動向，公司整體帶來莫大的助益。

The RFID technology is listed among the most important inventions of the 21th century in 2003. This technology has been widely applied to different industries because of its high accuracy in data reading, fast positioning in goods handling, and time reducing in general operating. This research is to apply the RFID technology to warehouse management for the case company and analyze its performance afterwards. Through a comprehensive analysis of the simulated process, the results show that the operating efficiency was improved, the possibility of errors arisen from human factor was significantly reduced, and the goods situation was monitored and in timely control. Most important, the RFID technology benefited the whole company remarkably.
