依據台電公司之用電規則顯示,用電戶在事前與台電簽訂一定的契約容量,若用電戶實際用電量僅在所訂之契約容量以下,則會發生供過於求的情況,造成用電戶基本電費偏高之浪費,對用電戶不利;相反地,若用電戶實際用電量超出所訂之契約容量時,則會發生供不應求的情況,不僅影響電力系統之穩定度,更會被以超約罰款的方式加諸於基本電費之成本裡,增加用電成本之負擔,以警惕用電戶不當之超約,對用電戶也不利。本研究收集歷史用電資料,透過統計假設檢定判別夏季及非夏季之用電最高需量是否相等,在不等的情況下,再經由迴歸分析找出夏季與非夏季用電最高需量之分配,以建構全年用電成本之數學模型,再經由最佳化分析技術及數值積分方法,求解最適契約容量,以達總用電成本最小化之目標。 |
英文摘要 |
According to the electricity consuming rules of the Taiwan Power Company, electricity customers in advance signed a contract capacity with the Taiwan Power Company. If the actual consumption of electricity below contract capacity that caused an oversupply situations and the user need to bear a heavy basic tariff. On the contrary, if the actual consumption of electricity exceeds the capacity of the original contract, that caused an overloading, it not only affect the stability of the power system, but the user also needs to bear an extra punitive fee except the basic tariff. In this paper, we collected the historical electricity usage data, through by statistical testing method to realize the summer and non-summer season mean electricity usage whether have a significant difference. Under the mean electricity usage have significant difference, we used the regression analysis method to predict its distributions, respectively. Finally, we formulated a mathematical model of total expected electricity cost, and based on optimization technique and numerical integration method to find out an optimal contracted capacity that minimized the total expected electricity cost. |
