由於科技發展迅速,導致產品市場充斥許多使用年限不久的二手產品。對於產品市場上的二手產品,本論文以消費者為立場,研究探討消費者規劃在一有限期間內使用某種產品,在資金有限的情況下,消費者購買的第一個產品為二手產品,在產品使用期間消費者預計購買相同品牌全新或二手產品來做一次的產品置換。當產品在使用期間內故障時,產品以小修方式處理,即產品維修後故障率與故障前相同。在上述的維修置換策略下,本論文建構出在產品具剩餘價值情況下,以全新及二手產品置換的二個期望總支出成本模式,並依所建構的二個成本模式尋求產品的最佳置換時程使得總支出成本為最低,進一步分析購買產品時產品已使用的年限對置換時程與成本之影響並提出以全新或二手產品置換的選擇機制。

英文摘要

This paper studies the replacement time of the products using new and second-hand products replacement within a planning using period from the consumer's viewpoint. When the product fails within using period, the failed product is corrected by minimal repair. To reduce maintenance cost, the replacement time of the product is investigated for two models: (1) using new product replacement and (2) using second-hand product replacement. Then, two models are derived and the optimal replacement time is obtained. Finally, numerical examples are given to illustrate the features of the optimal replacement time and further, compare the maintenance cost of two models.
