社區精神分裂病人病識感、服藥遵從行為及其相關因素之探討

本研究目的在探討社區精神分裂病人病識感與服藥遵從行為之相關性，並確認病識感與服藥遵從行為之預測因子。本研究為橫斷式、相關性研究設計，採方便取樣方式，以屏東某社區之90位精神分裂病人為對象，使用問卷收集病人基本屬性、精神症狀、病識感與服藥遵從行為資料。結果顯示：（1）精神分裂病人精神症狀之正性、負性症狀越嚴重則病識感越差；（2）病人整體精神症狀、正性症狀、負性症狀、其他行為症狀越嚴重，服藥遵從行為越差；（3）病人病識感越差，服藥遵從行為越差；（4）正性及負性症狀嚴重度為病識感的顯著預測因子，可解釋總變異量15.4％。整體精神症狀及整體病識感為服藥遵從行為的顯著預測因子，可解釋總變異量41.4％。研究結果可提供精神醫療專業人員改善精神分裂病人服藥遵從行為的參考。

This study explored the relationship, major predictors of insight, and medication compliance behavior in schizophrenic patients. The study was a cross-sectional correlation design. Questionnaires were used to collect data from 90 patients in the community, in Ping-Tung. The results showed: (1) The more serious positive and negative symptoms the patients had, the worse insight the patients perceived. (2) The more serious the schizophrenic symptoms overall (positive symptoms, negative symptoms and the other behavior symptoms), the less medication compliance behavior the patients developed. (3) The worse the insight was, the less the medication compliance behavior. (4) Positive and negative symptoms were the major predictors of insight and accounted for 15.4% of the variance. Overall, schizophrenic syndrome and insight were two significant factors accounting for 41.4% in predicting medication compliance behavior.
