化學治療是肺癌病人主要治療方式。病人對化療副作用的認知、處理不當，除影響生活品質，也可能危及生命，故相關護理指導十分重要（陳、丁、郭、呂，2010）。經本病房現況分析發現：護理人員因專業知識自信不足、未設置合適衛教工具、未明訂衛教流程，導致病人對於化療副作用認知及護理指導執行率偏低。本專案目的為增強護理人員相關知識、錄製多媒體衛教工具、制定化療護理指導標準流程，來提升病人對化療副作用認知及副作用護理指導執行率。本專案使病人化療副作用處理的認知正確率由82.54%提升至95.17%，護理人員的衛教執行率由85%提升至100%，並藉由制定衛教流程及利用多媒體衛教工具，除可有效提升病人對於化療副作用處理認知，亦提升化療衛教的品質及落實性。

Chemotherapy is the main treatment for patients with lung cancer. Patients' lack of awareness and understanding of chemotherapy's side effects, as well as the improper handling of those effects, not only affect the quality of life, but can even be life-threatening. Therefore, it is of the utmost importance to provide relevant nursing guidance. According to the analysis of the current situation in the ward, we found that due to the nursing situation: staffs' lack of professional knowledge and confidence, and the absence of adequate health teaching tools and clear health education process, the side effects concerning treatment did not result in patient awareness. This study aimed to enhance the nursing staffs' relevant knowledge, to record multimedia teaching tools, and to formulate the standard process of nursing guidance, then improve patient awareness of the side effects of chemotherapy and the implementation rate of nursing guidance. Finally, this study increased the patients' perception about the side effects of chemotherapy treatment from 82.54% to 95.17% and promoted the implementation rate of nursing staffs' health education from 85% to 100%. By formulating the education process and making use of multimedia teaching tools, patients' awareness of the side effects of treatment was enhanced as were implementation and quality of health education for chemotherapy.
