全人教育訓練為強調以「人」為導向,重視人性化和涵蓋身、心、靈、社會全方面照護之教學。本研究旨在瞭解醫院政策型全人照護教育訓練(Ⅰ)與全人照護結合安寧療護全人照護教育訓練(Ⅱ)對提升護理人員在全人照護的知識、態度、自我效能與行為的成效。本研究以南部某醫學中心之內外科、腫瘤科、婦兒科等共計二十六個病房單位護理人員為收案對象共計384人,實驗組216人,對照組168人。實驗組經全人照護教育訓練(Ⅱ)介入後,知識、態度、自我效能及行為之後測平均總得分,皆顯著高於對照組。且知識、態度、自我效能與行為之後測的平均總得分與前測相比,其進步之幅度皆顯著高於對照組。結果顯示全人教育訓練(Ⅱ),可顯著提升護理人員於全人照護之知識、態度、自我效能與行為,未來應持續藉此訓練來落實和推廣「全人照護」。 |
英文摘要 |
The holistic education program emphasizes the "people-centered and the comprehensive nursing care overall of bio-psycho-social-spirit education". The study purpose is to understand the effects from different holistic Education Programs (holistic education program (Ⅰ) / holistic education program (Ⅱ)) in knowledge, attitude, self-efficacy, and behavior. In total, 384 nurses were recruited as subjects from 26 wards including Departments of General Medicine, General Surgery, Oncology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Pediatrics in a medical center in southern Taiwan. Of these, 216 nurses were placed into the experimental group, and 168 nurses in the control group. There was no significant difference in baseline characteristics between these two groups. There was no significant difference in pre-test outcome between the two groups of nurses in the results of knowledge, attitude, self-efficacy and behavior. After the holistic education program (Ⅱ), the average score of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group. Results showed that knowledge, attitude, self-efficacy, and behavior of holistic care of nurses were enhanced significantly, indicating that the holistic education program (Ⅱ) of holistic care was effective. We should keep applying this holistic education program in the future. |
