本文為一位單身未婚女性初次罹患肺結核照護經驗，照護期間為2018年10月11日至10月31日。筆者以開放性會談、觀察及身體評估等收集資料，並運用Gordon十一項健康功能型態進行整體性護理評估，確立個案有焦慮、舒適障礙及家庭運作過程紊亂等健康問題。在照護過程中，提供肺結核相關資訊，加強對疾病的認知以減少焦慮。個案因服藥產生副作用，掌握現況即時回報醫師及衛生單位，以確保個案能舒適的完成療程。家屬因個案罹病進而產生排斥態度與擔憂，居中協調家屬及個案對食、衣、住、行等肺結核居家照護的說明，安排家屬進行接觸者檢查，讓家屬免於罹病的恐懼與不安亦減輕個案擔心肺結核傳染給家屬的罪惡感，最終得以正向態度面對疾病及接受治療。

This paper discusses the care experience of a single unmarried woman with first-time pulmonary tuberculosis. The period of nursing was from October 11 to October 31, 2018, with the author collecting data through open discussion, observations, and physical assessments etc., and using Gordon's eleven functional health patterns to conduct comprehensive care assessments, thereby establishing that the case had health issues of anxiety, impaired comfort, and interrupted family processes. During the care process, related information on pulmonary tuberculosis was provided to increase disease awareness and reduce anxiety. Due to side effects caused by taking medication, the patient's condition was immediately reported back to the doctor and health unit to ensure that she could smoothly finish the course of treatment. Mediating efforts were facilitated to provide instruction on aspects of pulmonary tuberculosis home care, such as providing for food, clothing, housing, and transportation to the case and family members to mitigate their developing worry about the illness. Contact tracing was arranged for family members to help rid themselves of fear and anxiety while lessening the patient's sense of guilt caused by the worry of transmitting this disease to family members. Finally, the patient was able to face the disease with a positive attitude and receive treatment.
