本文旨在以一位傷口護理師角色，照顧一位乳癌婦女術後併發蕈狀潰痬之傷口護理經驗，護理期間自89年11月5日至89年12月7日。藉由觀察、會談及身體評估等技巧收集資料，並以Gordon十一項健康評估來確立護理問題。住院期間主要護理問題有：疼痛、皮膚完整性受損、害怕與身體心像紊亂等。筆者在護理過程中，應用傷口護理知識與技巧，並結合醫療團隊給予整體性與持續性的護理，缓解症狀、維持舒適，進而促進生活品質。

The article describes the role of the wound care specialist in caring for a breast cancer patient with fungating wound. The period of nursing care was from Nov 5 to Dec 2, 2000. Clinical observation, interview and physical examination were used guided by Gordon's 11-item health assessment to identify nursing problems. During hospitalization, the major nursing problems were pain, lost of integrity, fear and body image changes. The therapist applied appropriate wound care knowledge and skills with a multiple team approach to provide holistic, continuous nursing care for relief of a client's symptoms and to maintain comfort to promote quality of life.
