To strengthen the quality of nursing profession depends on cooperating with education to promote knowledge, accumulation of experience, occupational education, norm of ethics, and nurture of science philosophy, to store up and create effective and valuable nursing human capital. It is the responsibility of professional nurses and their seeking goal to combine political science and philosophy to institute the health policy, which guides people to assure health life and well-being.
