本專案旨在降低幼兒靜脈注射過程害怕行爲反應，以縮減注射時間及護病緊張關係。經自擬查檢表調查發現，兒科幼兒靜脈注射過程害怕行爲反應平均每人次高達5.94分，導因有過去不良注射經驗、被限約躺在治療床上、家屬在病童接受注射前解釋不明或無溝通、護理人員缺乏兒科靜脈注射訓練及治療室未具兒童特性。藉由提升兒科護理人員靜脈注射技能、改善治療室環境、重視病童自主權及親職與護病間溝通後，幼兒靜脈注射過害怕行爲反應降爲平均每人次2.9分，且注射時間由12.34分鐘縮短爲6.34分，確實達成目標及效益。

The aim of this project was to reduce the toddlers' behavioural responses of fear during intravenous cannulation process, in order to decrease the treatment time and the tension between toddlers, parents and nurses. A self-designed questionnaire was used in this project, and it showed the average score of the toddlers' behavioural responses of fear during intravenous cannulation process was 5.94. The problems included terrible past experience, limited injection posture, insufficient explanation or communication between children and parents, inadequate pediatric intravenous cannulation training for nurses, and unfriendly treatment room to children. These problems were improved by providing nursing continuous education, painting treatment room with Cartoon figure, paying attention to children autonomy and communication between parents and nurses. These improvements reduced the average score of the toddlers' behavioral responses of fear during intravenous cannulation process from 5.94 to 2.9, and the average treatment time was reduced from 12.34 to 6.34 minute.
