護理實務的「陪伴」爲關懷重要內涵及概念之一，並且經常發生於護病關係的互動中。「陪伴」被視爲一種護理措施，其執行及成效評價也應受到重視。本文應用現象學中的「互為主體(intersubjectivity)及共在(being with)的觀點，探究護病互動關係中的陪伴意義，以陪伴的概念及定義爲起點，並進一步勾畫出護病互動關係之陪伴模式，藉由解讀及理解陪伴在護理實務所代表的意涵，提出護理人員如何於護理實務中執行陪伴，以達到有效的護理措施，進而促進病人之療癒。

Presence is one of the essential components and concepts of caring in nursing practice, frequently occurs during a nurse-patient interaction. Presence is been viewed as a nursing intervention, thus emphasis should be placed on its implementation and effectiveness evaluation. This article applied the viewpoints of ”intersubjectivity” and ”being with” within phenomenology to address the concept of presence in the nurse-patient interaction. With the concept and definition of presence as a starting point, we further elaborated a presence model of nurse-patient interaction. Through clarification and comprehension of the connotation regarding presence in nursing implication, we proposed viable implementations of presence in nursing practice, hoping that the result could serve as a reference for nursing staffs in enhancing nursing interventions, and in turn promoting patient healing.
