本專案目的為降低手術同步診療中心之血管攝影室術前準備時間延遲率。臨床業務發現術中血管攝影術業務量逐年成長,但材料置放空間及術前準備作業流程未做適當管理,造成材料擺放凌亂及人員不熟悉備料,導致術前準備時間延遲率高。經本專案小組執行改善方案:(1).重新規劃、整理材料置放空間。(2).製作指引圖卡與便利盒。(3).制定「術中血管攝影術用物準備作業標準」。於實際執行六個月後,進行成效評值,其評值結果:(1).術前用物準備時間由77.3分鐘/臺降低至18.5分鐘/臺。(2).術前準備時間延遲率由96.55%降低為5.88%。在本單位人員全面支持下,實施成果顯著,現況已作為臨床術中血管攝影術用物準備標準作業流程執行。 |
英文摘要 |
As we performed more and more intra-operative angiography, any improper periprocedural workflow or placement of the supplies will cause unnecessary delay. The project team proposed the following solutions: replanning and reorganize the supply storage space; using instruction tags and sorting box for easy access; drafting standard operating procedure for supply preparation for intra-operative angiography. The effectiveness evaluation was conducted 6 months after the project was implemented, and the result indicated a shortened preparation time for intra-operative angiography from 77.3 min. per operation to 18.5 min. per operation;, and the periprocedural preparation delay rate reduced from 96.55% to 5.88%. With the full support of the nursing team, this project had achieved its goal and became the standard operating procedure for supply preparation in intra-operative angiography. |
