本文是描述一位服用安眠藥自殺老年人之照護經驗，照護期間為2019年2月23日到2019年2月27日，經由觀察、會談並參閱病歷記錄，收集相關資料，以Gordon十一項功能性健康型態及整體評估，歸納出個案主要健康問題：現存性損傷；個人因應能力失調；照顧者角色緊張。運用跨團隊合作，主動提供相關資訊及可利用之社會資源，使其整體得到正向適應。建議社區能早期發現個案，經由專業人員的評估，提供最佳的長照需求；另長期照顧機構應重視老年憂鬱與自殺防治議題，若對新入住住民做好老年憂鬱評估與自殺防治，是否憾事就不會發生了。

This article describes the care experience of an elderly person who committed suicide by taking sleeping pills. The nursing duration lasted from 23 February to 27 February 2019. Information was collected by thorough observation, conversations, and reviews of medical records. Relevant information was collected using Gordon's 11 functional evaluation and comprehensive nursing assessments. Consequently, existing sexual impairment, personal coping with dysfunction, and stressful role of caregiver were the main health issues identified. Moreover, cross-team cooperation was used to proactively provide relevant information and available social resources to make an overall positive adaptation. It is recommended that the community can detect cases early and provide the best long-term care needs through professional assessment. Another long-term care agency should pay attention to the prevention of elderly depression and suicide. In addition, suicide will be prevented if good evaluation regarding the depression of the elderly is done.
