協助一位確診肺結核青少年調適身心問題之經驗

Experience of Helping an Adolescent Diagnosed with Tuberculosis to Adjust with the Physical and Mental Problems

本文為協助一位確診肺結核的高中女生調適身心問題之經驗，照護期間自2019年8月2日至9月1日，依生理、心理、社會文化進行資料收集及歸納，確立有疼痛、社交隔離、焦慮健康問題，護理措施包括調整止痛措施、透過視訊與同儕互動、提供心理支持及居家照護衛教。在個案表達對返校的擔心時，引導討論如何面對遭到排擠或傳染給他人的情境。出院後電話追蹤，個案已能適應返校後的新生活。照護青少年肺結核個案時，除解決生理問題外，更需注重心理調適，期望此個案報告能提供類似個案照護的參考。

This article is a nursing experience of a 17-year-old high school girl diagnosed with tuberculosis. The nursing period was from August 2 to September 1, 2019. Data were collected and inducted to the domain of physiology, psychology, and social culture. The identified nursing problems were pain, social isolation, and anxiety. The nursing process included adjusting pain relief methods, interacting with peers through audiovisual devices, providing mental support, and home care health education. When the client stated her worries about returning to school, a guided discussion was conducted on how to face the situation of expelling out of the group or infecting others. Telephone follow-up after discharge confirmed that the client has accommodated the new school life. The care of adolescent diagnosed with tuberculosis is not only to resolve client's physical problem but also to concern his/her psychological adjustment. This case report is expected to provide a reference for care of similar clients.
