本研究目的為探討肌內效貼紮(肌貼)對於急性後期照護之中風病人平衡與行走能力的單次立即與短期(三週)效益。本研究為隨機對照試驗,將20位中風病人隨機分配到肌貼組或控制組。結果顯示經由肌貼的介入後,肌貼組在各參數並無單次立即效益。受試者接受三週物理治療後,兩組在伯格氏量表、10公尺行走測試與六分鐘行走測試相較於前測皆達到顯著進步(p<0.05);然而,肌貼組各參數在三週後測相較於控制組並未達顯著改善(p>0.05)。本研究結果顯示肌貼對於急性後期照護之中風病人平衡、行走速度、心肺耐力及行走能力似乎無單次立即與短期效益。

英文摘要

The purpose of this research was to investigate the immediate and 3-week short-term effects of kinesio taping (KT) on balance and walking ability in patients with stroke during post-acute care (PAC). A randomized controlled trial was designed to compare the outcome. Twenty stroke patients were randomly allocated into the KT or control group. After the KT intervention, there was no significant improvements in KT group in either balance or walking ability. After 3-week physical therapy, there were significant improvements in berg balance scale (BBS), 10 meter test (10MWT) and 6-minute walk test (6MWT) in both groups (p<0.05). However, no significant differences in BBS, 10MWT, 6MWT and functional ambulation category scale between groups was found (p>0.05). The results of this research demonstrated that KT seems to have no immediate and short-term effects on balance, walking speed, cardiopulmonary endurance and walking ability of PAC stroke patients.
