針刺治療中風後失語病例報告

A Case Report of Post-Stroke Aphasia Treated with Acupuncture

腦中風是臨床上常見的疾病，隨著醫療不斷進步，致死率逐漸下降，但中風的致殘率仍居高不下，失語是其中常見的一種，因為語言溝通障礙，一定程度上也影響患者的工作和生活。案例為一位34歲女性，突發語言困難、頭暈及身體無力，因上述症狀至本院急診就醫，就診當時已懷孕35週，腦部電腦斷層診察後發現為腦內出血型中風，收治住院後會診中醫針灸治療。經連續針灸治療和配合覆誦朗讀等治療後，語言功能明顯改善。藉此病例報告以提出治療經驗，供臨床上參考運用。

Stroke is a common clinical disease. While, mortality has decreased due to improving medical technology, the disability rate remains high. Post-stroke aphasia is a common occurrence. Aphasia is a serious obstacle to work and daily activity due to communication difficulties. A 34-year-old pregnant female suffered from slurred speech, dizziness, and right limbs paralysis when she arrived at our hospital, 35 weeks into her pregnancy. Brain Computed Tomography showed intra-cerebral hemorrhagic stroke. She was referred to receive a Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment of acupuncture. After sessions of acupuncture treatment and speech training, her verbs improved. We hope that this case may provide therapeutic experience for clinical reference.
