UV噴墨印刷可噴印的材質非常廣泛,印墨成份與品質穩定,加上可即時依需求印刷,是現今少量客製化印刷品首選的印刷方式。而網版印刷雖然印刷品質不像UV噴墨印刷一樣穩定,但能夠印刷的被印物也是同樣多元。壓克力廣泛使用於各種領域,是普及度很高的一種材料。本研究透過UV噴墨與網版印刷這兩種不同的印刷方式,於壓克力印製研究中所繪製的導表,經由專業儀器測量,將所有測量結果進行統計與分析所呈現的色彩品質差異,最後得到以下研究結果:(一)網布越細,印刷效果越好。(二)以網點的方式使用網版印刷印製漸層色是可行的但呈現效果不佳,可能會有些微網點擴大的情況產生。(三)呈現效果,網版印刷在顏色上較飽和,而UV噴墨印刷能夠印製出較精細的圖案。(四)網版印刷的油墨附著力較UV噴墨印刷強。UV噴墨印刷效果較細緻,而網版印刷適合印製色塊或大面積上色。故建議有壓克力印刷需求的使用者,可以依照呈現效果去選擇最佳的印刷方式。 |
英文摘要 |
UV inkjet printing can print a wide range of applicable materials, with stable ink composition and quality. It is the preferred printing method for small-scale customized prints today due to its ability to print promptly according to demand. Although screen printing does not offer the same level of print quality stability as UV inkjet printing, it can accommodate a diverse range of printing materials. Acrylic, widely used in various fields, is a highly popular material. In this study, color charts were created on acrylic using two different printing methods, UV inkjet printing, and screen printing. Through measurements with professional instruments, all collected data were statistically analyzed to present differences in color quality characteristics. The research findings are as follows: (1) The finer the mesh count of the screen, the better the printing effect. (2) Using dot patterns for screen printing to produce gradient colors is feasible but yields suboptimal results, possibly resulting in slight enlargement of the dots. (3) In terms of presentation, screen printing tends to produce more saturated colors, while UV inkjet printing can achieve finer patterns. (4) Screen printing exhibits stronger ink adhesion compared to UV inkjet printing. UV inkjet printing provides a more detailed effect, while screen printing is suitable for printing blocks of color or large areas. Therefore, it is recommended for users with acrylic printing needs to choose the most suitable printing method based on the desired effect. |
