印後加工對印刷成品的色彩表現之影響－以貼膜為例

The Impact of Post-Press Finishing on Color Difference in Printing Matter: Using Lamination as an Example

本研究以貼膜探討印後加工對印刷成品所造成的色差影響，並加入被印材料與印刷顏色作為與膜的種類交互作用的自變數。研究結果顯示膜的種類與色彩差異在單因子變異數分析中未達統計顯著性；膜的種類與被印材料兩者的相互作用對色差之影響，在二因子變異數分析未達統計顯著性。而膜的種類與印刷顏色對於色差之影響，在二因子變異數分析有達統計顯著性。其影響在於以亮膜後加工後，青色與洋紅色產生的色差會大於黑色；以霧膜後加工後，則是青色的色差會大於黃色；此外，使用多麗霧膜，則是洋紅色產生的色差會大於黃色。但若以數據直觀來看，可發現青色、洋紅色以及黃色在亮膜的情況下色差會大於霧膜，黑色則是霧膜的色差會大於亮膜。

The research focuses on the impact of lamination on color difference in printed matter, and it shows that the type of lamination and the interaction between the type of lamination and type of paper both did not reach statistical significance through one-way and two-way ANOVA. The influence of the type of lamination and printing colors on color difference reached statistical significance through two-way ANOVA. With glossy lamination, the color difference in cyan and magenta is greater than that in black. With matte lamination, the color difference in cyan is greater than that in yellow. With preprocessed matte lamination, magenta has a greater color difference than yellow. While inspecting the data, it reveals that the color difference in cyan, magenta, and yellow is greater with glossy lamination than matte lamination, while for black, color difference is greater with matte lamination than glossy lamination.
