近年科技快速發展，加速網路傳播。社群媒體擴大了人們社交圈。在數位時代，社交媒體成為主要交流和分享生活的平台。而在台灣，LINE、Facebook和Instagram為前三大普及之社群媒體。本文以Instagram為研究焦點，專注於大學生對其使用頻率、社交焦慮程度的網路問卷調查。旨在深入了解Instagram對大學生社交行為和心理健康之潛在影響。透過此研究，有助於揭示年輕時代在數位世界中的行為模式及可能的心理健康影響，提供對於當代大學生的社交習慣更豐富的見解。

In recent years, rapid technological advancements have accelerated the spread of the internet. Social media has expanded people's social circles, becoming a primary platform for communication and sharing life experiences in the digital era. In Taiwan, LINE, Facebook, and Instagram rank among the top three widely used social media platforms. This study focuses on Instagram, conducting an online survey among university students to investigate their usage frequency and levels of social anxiety related to Instagram. The aim is to gain a deeper understanding of the potential impact of Instagram on the social behavior and mental health of university students. Through this research, we hope to reveal behavioral patterns and potential psychological effects in the digital world during the formative years, providing a richer insight into the social habits of contemporary university students.
