癌性疲憊是患童於治療過程中普遍存在的症狀困擾之一，有效的將疲憊管理策略落實於臨床實務中，將可協助患童改善生活品質，其中，運動被認為是能夠有效緩解疲憊的方法之一。本專論針對癌症患童與疲憊、運動與癌症族群以及運動對癌性疲憊之成效等議題加以探討，以做為臨床醫護人員於臨床實務照護癌症病童之指引。

Cancer-related fatigue is one of the most distressing and prevalent symptoms reported by pediatric oncology patients during their cancer treatment. Effective management for cancer-related fatigue in clinical practice is essential for improving children's quality of life. Exercise is considered as one of effective strategies for relieving fatigue. This review article was aimed to discuss cancer-related fatigue in children, exercise on cancer population, and the effectiveness of exercise on cancer-related fatigue. The ultimate goal of this article is to provide the guidelines for health care providers when caring for pediatric oncology patients with fatigue.
