本文旨在探討與分享照顧一位口腔癌患者行皮瓣重建手術的護理經驗。護理照顧期間自2008年9月1日至17日。筆者以Gordon十一項功能性健康型態、身體檢查、觀察、會談等方式收集資料，確定個案健康問題為急性疼痛、呼吸道清除功能失效、身體心像紊亂以及憤怒。針對個案的健康問題提供適切的專業護理活動，透過藥物合併姿勢的運用以處理個案的疼痛；使用胸腔物理治療維持呼吸道的暢通；透過治療性關係的建立，筆者發現家人、病友以及護理專業人員能有效協助個案降低遭逢癌症復發的衝擊與痛苦，幫助個案接受並適應術後的身心變化歷程，並回歸原先的社會生活。期望藉由本文分享個人照顧經驗，以提升口腔癌皮瓣重建術後病患之護理照護品質。

This article was to describe the nursing experiences of oral cancer patient receiving flap reconstruction. The authors collected data through Gordon 11 functional health assessment, physical assessments, observation and interview. The patient's problems were identified as: acute pain, airway clearance ineffective, body image disturbed, and anger from September 1 to 17 in 2008. Through the use of analgesics and comfortable positions, pain was relieved in this patient. The provision of physical chest therapy maintained the airway patent. Through establishing a therapeutic relationship, the authors found that his family, friends, and the nurses could effectively help the patient reduce the suffering and hit from cancer relapse, and adapt to his physical and psychological changes after surgery, and return to the patient social life before. By sharing the nursing experiences, this article could promote the care quality of oral cancer patient receiving flap reconstruction.
