頭頸癌治療經常引起臉部外觀的變形進而導致身體心像改變，該群病人多為藍領階級，治療結束後重返工作崗位經常遇到阻礙。本文將針對頭頸癌病人身體心像改變的概念，常用的評估工具，影響因素，對工作造成的衝擊，臨床處置等做探討，以提供腫瘤臨床護理人員對身體心像的評估，重視頭頸癌病人存活期重返工作的議題。

The treatments for head and neck cancer often cause facial deformity and resulting in body image changes. Most of these patients who experienced body image change were bluecollar workers, and hadbarriers to return to work after the treatments. This article focuses on discussions of the concept, assessment instruments, related factors of body image changes, and the impacts on work status, and the implications for clinical practice. The article can provide oncological staff nurses with the knowledge of assessing body image changes in head and neck cancer survivors' and pay attention to their difficultiess related to returning to work during recovery.
