本文的目的是以英國在教師素質層面的治理作爲分析的對象,透過認識Foucault的治理論點,理解英國治理教師素質的結構轉變,並分析轉變的歷程,理解目前對於教師素質治理結構的其體表現及其背後之意識型態,經過理論與實際的分析,期能爲台灣在建立教師素質的整體治理結構時之參考。

本文的目的是以英國在教師素質層面的治理作爲分析的對象,透過認識Foucault的治理論點,理解英國治理教師素質的結構轉變,並分析轉變的歷程,理解目前對於教師素質治理結構的其體表現及其背後之意識型態,經過理論與實際的分析,期能爲台灣在建立教師素質的整體治理結構時之參考。
