本研究主要在探討單一損耗性商品於二階產銷供應鏈中,相關生產量、交貨次數及儲存量的最佳化問題。商品的損耗率服從指數分配,且由於在有限的倉儲空間下,無法滿足存貨的需求,因此,特別考慮兩個倉庫的儲存供應方式:一個爲自有倉庫(own warehouse),有儲存空間的限制;另一個則爲租賃倉庫(rent warehouse),沒有儲存空間限制。租賃倉庫爲了吸引企業長期租賃,推出優惠租賃制度;並在允許缺貨下,考慮補償配銷商而予以信用交易。研究的目的旨在建構一個整合性的二階產銷供應鏈存貨模式,同時討論貨幣時間價值的影響,最後使用赫斯矩陣(Hessian matrix)來驗證其數學函數具有全域極值,並利用Maple軟體程式進行數值運算及求解。經由數值案例與敏感度分析,觀察各個參數的影響,最後做出結論,提供相關產業在面臨上述供應鏈環境決策時的參考。

英文摘要

In this research, deteriorating items under a two-level supply chain is investigated. Deterioration rate is assumed to be exponential distributed. A two-warehouse (own warehouse and rent warehouse) inventory model with a delay in payment is developed. We consider shortage and time value of money in the problem analysis. Assuming that there is an incentive policy offered by the rent warehouse that allows the rental fee to decrease over time, the objective of this study is to minimize the joint cost of the manufacturer and the distributor. Maple software is used in the numerical analysis. A numerical example and sensitivity analysis are presented to illustrate the theory.
