本研究主要目的在探討不同的目標難度對保齡球初學者學習效果的影響,以輔仁大學109名上保齡球課的女生為研究對象,採隨機方式將實驗參與者分成困難目標組、容易目標組及控制組共三組,探討初學者經過四週練習後的學習效果。所得結果以SPSS 10.0套裝軟體進行資料處理與分析,並以相依樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關等統計方法處理,顯著水凖訂於α=.05,經分析與討論後得到以下結論:一、不同的目標難度對保齡球初學者之學習效果有顯著差異,困難目標組的學習效果顯著優於控制組;二、不同目標難度的各組保齡球成績與補全倒次數(spare)有顯著相關。所以如何為學習者設計合適的目標以及符合現今教學樂趣化的目標,是本研究主要目的。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of goal setting on bowling learning of beginners. The study involved a total of 109 female students from Fu Jen Catholic University who were randomly divided into three groups: easy goal setting, difficult goal setting and control groups. The bowling scores were compared among the three groups after four weeks of learning. The results of this study were (a) there was a significant difference in learning effect among the easy goal setting group, the difficult goal setting group and the control group; and (b) there was a significant correlation between score and spare among different goal setting groups.
