”Employee” is the most important assets in corporation, this idea has been take seriously. If corporation have a good employee, then they will have good competitive strength. Therefore, satisfaction of the employee becomes one of the targets in the corporation. In the nice work environment, employee will have the high work involvement; if they have the high work involvement, they will have the same degree of work satisfaction; when they have the high work satisfaction, corporation will have good competitive strength, too. That's a sample rules.This research was case by employee of the E sports marketing corporation, include administrative staff, counter staff, and sport coach, and wants to test their work satisfaction and work involvement. The grand total provides 56 questionnaires, recycling effective questionnaire 56, the effective questionnaire recycling a rate 100%.The result told us that work satisfaction and work involvement doesn't have the notable difference in age (p>.05). In the different center, only ”work busy degree” have notable difference in work satisfaction (p<.05); in work involvement, only ”I'm close with my job, it's hard to change” have the notable difference (p<.05). In different jobs, there is only ”the sense of achievement gained in the work” have the notable difference (p<.05), work involvement have no notable difference (p>.05).At last, there are four suggestions: (1) employer has to strengthen employee's training and cultivate employee to independently handle the ability of business and enhance service spirit, to create a good work environment to promote work results. (2) improve a work environment and increase facilities to promote a work efficiency and turn down a job field tired. (3) force on operation of operation field building quantity body and work allotment to carry on analysis, avoid because of satisfaction influence company inner part because of mutual comparison produce it reject an effect. (4) periodically carry on employee's training, enhance employee the professional ability and cultivated manners also understand work content and meaning more, understand a stage work of content. |
