立體定位真空輔助乳房切片作為現今乳房鈣化點組織切片取樣的主要方法,在執行的過程需進行檢體的雙重確認。本研究使用SHIMADZU RADspeed Pro數位放射攝影儀與GE Healthcare Senographe Pristina數位乳房攝影儀搭配最佳化的參數條件與影像後處理程序分別曝射標準假體與擬乳房組織切片假體,將兩者之影像品質進行定量分析與定性評估。數位乳房攝影儀在定量分析反向影像品質數值為92.7與定性評估結果中得到最高的分數,數位放射攝影儀在設定於最佳化條件40kV/32mAs/小焦斑/高對比後處理/72cm射源至物體距離下為52.8,定性評估亦顯示影像品質依舊無法相近於數位乳房攝影儀,受限於諸多儀器及成像限制,對於極細小的鈣化點無法很精細地分辨,但已能呈現大部分的組織與鈣化點的對比。採用數位放射攝影於最佳化條件設定下曝射檢體,可作為僅有1台數位乳房攝影儀之醫院於乳房切片過程中的檢體雙重確認輔助方法。 |

Nowadays, stereotactic vacuum assisted breast biopsy is the major method of the breast calcification biopsy sampling, which needs to be double checked during the procedure. We exposed the standard phantom and the anthropomorphic breast tissue biopsy phantom with the optimized exposure techniques and the image post-processing parameters using digital radiography system (SHIMADZU RADspeed Pro) and digital mammography system (GE Healthcare Senographe Pristina), respectively. In addition, we conducted the quantitative and qualitative assessment for image quality. Inverse image quality figure (IQF_(inv)) was highest for digital mammography with 92.7 in the quantitative assessment. The digital mammography also got the highest score in the qualitative assessment. As for the image quality of digital radiography, IQF_(inv) was highest (52.8) when setting the optimized parameter (40 kV / 32 mAs / Small focal spot / High contrast image post-processing / 72 cm source-to-object distance). However, the qualitative assessment showed the image quality of the digital radiography was still worse than the digital mammography. Due to the limitations of specifications and imaging principles, the digital radiography was unable to distinguish tiny calcifications precisely, while it already presented the majority of contrast between tissues and calcifications. In the case of the hospitals installed only one mammography system, using the digital radiography with the optimized parameter to expose the specimens could be an alternative method for double-checking during stereotactic vacuum assisted breast biopsy procedure. |
