Digital convergence is a term used to represent how much progress in ICT innovation and human beings civilization. Throughout the process of digital convergence, technological implications and products must be integrated highly and rapidly in order to be competitive in the market. On the other side, the main criteria in directing the convergence are technology, product, and market. Therefore, the compatibility and integration of different software and hardware products are firms' main challenges and business of digital convergence. In terms of market, most of firms will remain in very harsh competition and survive by new technologies, new products, and new strategies.
