以全球運籌的角度來看,供應鏈管理將變得更為複雜,但一般的資訊系統對於供應鏈資源整合多在資料處理的範疇,較少牽涉到決策支援的部分。本研究以供應鏈營運資源分配的觀點針對跨國產銷問題提出一個問題處理架構,以解決跨國產銷的規劃問題,此架構包含了最佳化決策模型與啟發式演算法。首先根據產銷問題的特性建立一個以利潤極大化為績效目標的營運決策模型,以此模型為基礎,考慮到NP-Complete的求解限制,接著提出了一套啟發式演算法以進行求解,之後以不同的實驗情境比較來驗證演算法的適用性。由規劃結果可知,在一些情境下,演算法的結果與最佳解相同,可顯示其適用性。整體而言,本研究的貢獻在全球供應鏈環境下,根據流程的概念,提出一套產銷問題的解決架構,並針對供應鏈產銷規劃問題建立決策模型,並發展啟發式演算法進行求解及驗證求解之品質。

英文摘要

The production and distribution integration for supply chain is tending more complex. In general, the information systems installed in enterprises are provided with data collection and transition function rather than operational planning decision support. From the perspective of supply chain resource allocation, the paper proposes solution to solve the integration problem of production and distribution. The fist step is an integrated MILP model which considers both production and distribution constraints. The second step is a heuristic algorithm which carries out a feasible plan quickly. Also, the solutions are tested for effectiveness and efficiency. Several scenarios are carried out to demonstrate the quality. With computational result analysis, the heuristic is shown to be more efficient in solving production-distribution problems than MILP models.
