新冠肺炎全球大流行喚醒社會大眾對於新興傳染性疾病的重視,在疫情期間嚴格限制密集空間群聚與保持社交距離,讓數位學習課程與混合式線上會議儼然成為生活日常,透過網路平台與社群媒體持續加速防疫資訊更新與關鍵知識流通,得以及時防堵新興傳染病擴散疫情;另外,透過擴增實境技術練習實際操作、藉由嚴肅遊戲演練感染管制應變計畫等,都有機會減少照顧者與被照顧者感染症發生風險。考量時間空間限制、人力資源短缺種種現實生活限制條件,持續性數位學習課程對於感染預防管制工作能夠帶來多少改變、創造何種願景、面臨哪些困難、又有其他需要留意之處,將提供讀者進一步瞭解。 |
英文摘要 |
E-learning courses have played a critical role in knowledge propagation and practice enforcement through integrated information technology and educational materials during the COVID-19 pandemic. Webinars, hybrid meetings, and massive open online courses (MOOCs) have been extensively adapted, with great feasibility, accessibility, and flexibility among healthcare professionals, to improve their knowledge, attitude, and compliance with infection prevention and control. In this study, we have reviewed the satisfaction, effectiveness, and limitations of e-learning courses on infection prevention and control and approached the topics of gamification and serious games as useful methods for teaching useful information interactively. |
