The DNA damage cause aging and retrograde. The purposes of this study were to examine the effect of different dose deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) supplement on aging inhibition in mice. Six-month-old senescence accelerated mice (SAMPS) were divided into three groups: casein diet group (control group) and casein diet supplemented with 0.2%, 0.5%DNA. After 12 weeks feeding, body weight, food intake and aging score were performed during the experiment. The results showed that food intake and body weight were no significantly among three groups. The aging score of control group was higher than the experimental group in 0.2% and 0.5%DNA (P<0.05). In summary, we conclude the supply of DNA may improve aging score and delay the aging process.
