一般而言,「醫學美容」這個領域是最近新興而熱門的美容療法,其內容既繁雜又多元,且具有跨領域的專業特質,也就是說,以醫學專業的知能,去輔助美容技巧的運用,以達到美容的目的,然而,若深入分析這些療程,基本上大多數係針對特定的膚質狀況而設計,可是,膚質狀況經常因人而異,而並非能一體適用,就算顧客群的膚質情況類似,同樣的療程效果也不見得相同,所以醫學美容的「先期診斷」才會如此重要。 因此,本研究希望藉由使用「約略集」方法,先將目前醫學美容中,較常使用的療程方法,以及其所專精處理的膚質狀況,以「療程」-「膚質」兩構面(Dimension)建構出「約略集」(Rough set)理論中的「不可辨識表」(Indiscernibility table),藉以結構化醫學美容中療程與膚質對應矩陣,再則,再以「布林代數」(Boolean algebra)化簡成「可辨識函數」(Discernibility function)後,可獲得最終療程對應膚質屬性(Attribute)狀況,據此解構出這些療程所能處理的單一或複合膚質「資料庫」(Database),並進一步探討:各個療程所能處理的膚質情況,做為醫學美容導入先期診斷之依據。 |

Recently, the medical cosmetology has become the most popular field of cosmetic programs. But the content and related technique of the medical cosmetology are complicated, it combines the expertise knowledge of medical and cosmetic professions that lead to a new era of applications. In another words, the medical part including operating facilities and applying methodology plays the auxiliary role to assist the cosmetic program, and achieves the goal of the cosmetic dermatology service. Examining carefully that every individual cosmetic program was designed for a certain specified skin conditions was not setup for the general purpose usage. That is why the pre-diagnosis process is so important before applying the medical cosmetology. In this paper, the rough set theory is applied to build up the pre-diagnosis process by using two dimensions: the treatment program and the skin condition. By utilizing these two dimensions to facilitate the indiscernibility table, the medical cosmetology could be transformed to the structured matrix that contained all possible information of treatments v.s. skin conditions. On the other hand, the Boolean algebra could be applied to simplify the indiscernibility table, and simplified discernibility functions would be deduced. Decomposing simplified discernibility functions to formulate the collection of the skin attribute database for single or multiple skin conditions would be presented; and further discussions of every element in the database would be shown in this research. |
