本研究之目的想告知在人類基因圖譜解明之二十二世紀基因醫學新時代，若能善用iPS萬能細胞之修補與活化效用，以及演化生物學之進展下，抗老化美容之新醫學時代將指日可待。 長壽關鍵在抗老化，抗老關鍵在飲食。消除新陳代謝所發生之自由氧基之抗氧化及強化免疫力等醫學研究，是老化學研究之焦點。總之，抗老化及飲食與外在美容醫學與化妝術三個層次，為達成人類美學目的之間關鍵所在。 抗老化美學之研究主要針對內在美化及外在美化二種。 （一）外在美化 所謂身體內部從腦反應機能活化→全身神經視覺味覺、聽覺、觸覺、嗅覺等感之強化→四肢軀體骨骼年輕化反應作用→發揮精神美及健康美的極致 （二）外在美化 ①美容醫學範圍 ②美容化妝術範圍 總而言之，人類是世界上最講究抗老美學的動物。人生追求內在美化與外在美化，就是希望永世長生不老及青青永駐與永遠美麗，以達成地球唯一之美感、性感、肉感、智感的哺乳類生物。

The purpose of the research is that study on anti-aging and assthetic tendency of research. The focus of research of gerontology is medical nesearch of oxygen radicals, anti-oxidation and fortification of immunity. Anti-aging hold the key to long life, and dietary contents hold the key to anti-aging. This ressarch talks about aesthetic of anti-aging that include inside aesthetic and outside aesthetic: 1. inside aesthetic the vitality of the human body (acid-base balance, basal metabolic nate、immune system、audition、taste、touch、the sense of smell and sight) 2. outside aesthetic ① the range of the medical cosmetology ② the range of make-up New research also hopes to inspire much more scholars to develop effective methods without any side-effects for the treatment of diseases of gerontology through natural resources.
