單方精油運用於異位性皮膚炎治療之個案研究初探－以松紅梅為例

成人的異位性皮膚炎是皮膚疾病中較難痊癒且容易復發之慢性皮膚病，本研究採用單方精油－松紅梅，調配2%濃度之按摩油，塗抹患者患部，早晚各一次為期二個月。測試結果顯示，2%（v/v）紅松梅按摩油可有效改善皮膚苔癬化之狀況，觀察皮膚外觀狀況，顯示患部皮膚新生狀況自第三星期後有明顯的改善，二個月後患部苔癬化已消失，皮膚新生狀況良好，其主要原因應為松紅梅內含三萜類化合物與倍半萜烯、酮類化合物，可有效改善並促進皮膚底層膠原再生改善皮膚角質層含水減緩皮膚持續發炎等症狀。

Adult atopic dermatitis is a chronic skin disease, which is hard to be cured and often recurring. In this study, we use 2% essential oil (containing 2% Manuka oil, v/v) to apply on the patient's affected area twice a day for two months and observe the skin condition. The experimental results show that the massage oil exhibited a very effective improvement of skin clinical symptoms (reduced the lichenification and itches), affected areas has significant improvement from the third week. Two months later, the lichenification has disappeared and newborn normal skin has been in good condition. The main reason is proved that 2% essential oil (Manuka oil v/v) has improved the symptoms of the atopic dermatitis disease, because it contains triterpenes compounds, sesquiterpenes and ketone compounds which can accelerate dermis collagens reborn, improve stratum corneum hydration and slow down skin irritation.
