本實驗主要研究以海藻酸鈉、海藻酸鈉/幾丁聚醣為殼材,複方精油為蕊材之微膠囊(Microcapsules)包覆系統。本研究實驗結果顯示:1.海藻酸鈉包覆A組(A-1)複方精油製備之微膠囊於4°C之環境中,1-20天粒徑逐漸增加,30-100天則呈現下降再增高的趨勢;另於室溫環境中置放30天,粒徑會增加,至100天之粒徑則與存放4°C時漸趨近。2.海藻酸鈉/幾丁聚醣包覆A組(A-2)複方精油製備之微膠囊於4°C之環境中,1-20天粒徑逐漸下降,30-100則漸趨於穩定狀態,其PDI值較小,顯示粒子分散性集中,於室溫及4°C等不同環境中,20-30天粒徑先緩緩上升,再趨於穩定狀態;本組的粒徑變化趨勢有明顯的一致性,微膠囊穩定性較佳。3.海藻酸鈉包覆B組複方精油之微膠囊(B-1),儲存於4°C之環境中1-100天粒徑低於100 nm,分佈極為平均,其1-100天之PDI值顯示分散性集中,為單分散分佈,且穩定性極佳;另於室溫環境中置放30天,粒徑會稍微增加,至100天之粒徑則下降到與存放4°C時相近。4.海藻酸鈉/幾丁聚醣包覆B組(B-2)精油之微膠囊於4°C之環境中,粒徑隨著時間增長而呈現高低起伏狀態;於室溫環境中,20-30天粒徑快速上升,於100天內再降至與保存4°C時接近。5.海藻酸鈉/幾丁聚醣不論包覆A組(A-2)或B組(B-2)複方精油,其製備之微膠囊粒徑分佈皆相近。

The select of this experiment was to alginate, alginate/chitosan shell material, compound essential for the core Microcapsule encapsulated system. The experimental results show:1. Alginate microcapsule encapsulated compound essential oils A (A-1) in 4°C environment, 1-20 days gradually increase the size, 30-100 days show a downward again increase trend; Also at room temperature environment placement 30 days later the size larger, 100 days later the size similar and stored at 4°C.2. Alginate/Chitosan microcapsules encapsulated compound essential oils A (A-2) in 4°C environment, 1-20 days gradually smaller the size, 30-100 days show gradually stabilized, PDI value smaller show dispersion concentration focus; in room temperature and 4°C environment 20-30 days gradually increase the size again stability status; the Microcapsules (A-2) size show stability trend for apparent consistency.3. Alginate microcapsules encapsulated compound essential oils B (B-1), at 4°C environment stored 1-100 days lower than 100 nm the size, PDI value show dispersion concentration focus is good stability and monodisperse distribution; Also at room temperature environment placement 30 days later the size larger, 100 days later the size gradually smaller to similar stored at 4°C.4. Alginate/Chitosan microcapsules encapsulated compound essential oils B (B-2) in 4°C environment, grow over time show ups and downs status the size; at room temperature environment 20-30 days showfast rise. 100 days later the size gradually smaller to similar stored at 4°C.5. Alginate/Chitosan microcapsules encapsulated compound essential oils whether A (A-2) or B (B-2), the particle size distribution all to similar.
