精油腹部按摩對便秘之成效探討

本研究主要在探討某專科之便秘學生使用精油腹部按摩法之成效，使用類實驗研究設計。以南部某一專科學校學生為研究對象，實驗組前測後採團體教學方式，教導精油腹部按摩法，於團體教導後六週執行後測，給予填寫後測問卷。研究發現，生活習慣量表、飲食習慣量表、排便習慣量表、腹部評估量表之相關因素方面，實驗組在前測部分排便習慣量表總分與腹部評估量表總分達顯著性，顯著性(雙尾) .037(p＜0.05)。而在後測部分排便習慣量表總分與腹部評估量表總分達顯著性，顯著性(雙尾) .001(p＜0.01)。此研究可作為相關之從業人員參考，將精油腹部按摩法，運用於便秘之患者。

This study is mainly to explore a specialist constipation students use essential oils abdominal massage method of the effectiveness of the use of experimental experimental design. Taking the students of a special college in the south as the research object, the experimental group was tested before the group, taught the abdominal massage method of the essential oil, and the questionnaire was completed after six weeks of group teaching. In the study group, the scores of the total score of the bowel habits and the total score of the abdominal assessment scale were significant in the experimental group, and the scores of the scores of the bowel rating scale were significantly higher in the experimental group. Significant (two-tailed) .037 (p ＜0.05), and the scores of the total score of the bowel habits and the total score of the abdominal assessment scale were significant (two-tailed).001(P ＜0.01) This study can be used as reference for the relevant practitioners, the essential oil abdominal massage method, used in patients with constipation.
