本研究主要分兩個階段進行,首先探討學校本位知識管理模式之建構,其次根據第一階段所建構之知識管理模式及指標,探究其在學校行政實務的應用。就第一階段而言,首先說明知識管理興起的時代背景;其次探討學校本位知識管理的概念意涵;復次探究學校本位知識管理的促動因素;再次了解學校本位知識管理的重要流程;然後提出學校本位知識管理的行動策略,並分析學校本位知識管理的實務案例;最後試擬學校本位知識管理的架構模式。針對上述的研究結果,提出具體可行的建議,以供教育行政機關及學校行政機關推動知識管理實際運作之參考。 根據本研究之文獻探討、專家座談及個案分析之結果,本研究之結論與建議如下: 一、結論部分 (一)瞭解知識管理的影響因素與概念意涵,係學校本位知識管理推展成敗之關鍵。 (二)學校本位知識管理的促動因素,可歸納為個人思想觀念、組織制度結構及現代器物技術等因素。 (三)學校本位知識管理,主要是一種知識的蒐集、整理、分享、應用及創新的流程。 (四)學校本位知識管理之推動,可透過知識平台與知識社群建置之策略來強化。 (五)學校本位知識管理模式架構內涵,主要包括個人知識管理、組織知識管理、知識轉換模式及知識管理效能評估等層面。 二、建議部分 (一)在教育行政機關方面 1.加強宣導知識管理的重要性,迎接知識經濟挑戰。 2.提供充裕的軟硬體經費,以有效推動知識管理工作。 3.培訓知識管理的種籽師資,為各個學校提供諮詢、服務與指導。 4.強化追蹤輔導功能,定期進行學校知識管理工作績效評估。 (二)在學校行政機關方面 1.形塑學習型組織文化,創造自由開放的知識分享氣氛。 2.建置知識分享平台,提供學校同仁知識交流。 3.召開正式或非正式集會,以強化實務知識社群之運作功能。 4.加強教師的進修與研習,提升知識管理能力。 5.建立適切的酬賞制度,以激勵學校同仁知識蒐集、儲存、分享、應用與創新。 |
英文摘要 |
The purposes of this study were to construct the model of school-based knowledge management and its application in school administration practices. Firstly, to illustrate the emerging background of knowledge management. Secondly, to explore concepts of school-based knowledge management. Thirdly, to investigate enable factors of school-based knowledge management. Forth, to understand the process of school-based knowledge management. Fifth, to provide action strategies of school-based knowledge management, and to analyze practical cases. Finally, trying to establish framework model of school-based knowledge management. Based on above investigation, the major findings and suggestions were as follows: (Ⅰ)Findings 1. The key to success of school-based knowledge management is to understand the concepts of school-based knowledge management. 2. The enable factors of school-based knowledge management include individual idea, organizational system, and modern technology. 3. School-based knowledge management refers to the process of knowledge collection, storage, sharing, application, and creation. 4. The implementation of school-based knowledge management can be enhanced through building knowledge platform and knowledge community. 5. The contents of school-based knowledge management framework model contains individual knowledge, organizational knowledge, knowledge transformation model and knowledge management effect assessment. (Ⅱ)Suggestions 1. To strengthen the importance of knowledge management in knowledge economy era. 2. To provide enough budgets for effectively promoting knowledge management. 3. To cultivate seed teachers of knowledge management. 4. To enhance school knowledge management performance assessment. 5.To shape learning organization culture. 6. To establish knowledge share platform. 7. To strengthen the function of practical knowledge community. 8. To enhance schools’ teachers in service training and education. 9. To build a set of appropriate rewards system. |
