台灣社會隨著幼托合一趨勢與少子化效應,幼兒保育生態面臨衝擊與嚴峻挑戰,基於「不創新,即滅亡」的警語,未來數年內,對幼兒園經營將是一個極爲重要的關鍵時刻,幼兒園能否重新審視產業利基,突破舊有經營模式,開創新格局以取得生存競爭優勢,將成爲永續經營的決勝關鍵,本研究要旨說明如下: (一)以「文獻分析」探討幼兒園創新經營之理論依據國內外文獻探討幼兒園創新經營之立論基礎。 (二)以「個案研究」析究幼兒園創新經營之內涵與因應策略幼兒園創新經營是一個多面向與全方位的歷程,本研究經由「訪談」與「參與觀察」法,分析幼兒園內外環境優勢、弱勢、機會與威脅,探討幼兒園創新經營之現況與創新因應策略,藉以提升優勢競爭力,活化幼兒園機能且提供創新經營實務應用之建議。

英文摘要

In Taiwan, the ecological environment of childcare faces strict challenges resulted from the effects of ”plan of integrating kindergartens and nursery school preschool” and ”declined birth rates”. Based on the principle of ”No innovation, no survive”, it is the key period for management of early childhood education in future several years. It will be extremely critical for eternally management if kindergarten could create key survive factors through reviewing industrial niche and breaking through the old business model or not. The summary of the study is as below. 1. Discussed the theory of ”Kindergarten Innovative Management” by ”Analysis of Literature” Based on the international and local literature regarding kindergarten innovative management. 2. Analyzed the concept and coping strategy of ”Kindergarten Innovative Management” by ”Case Studies”. Innovative management for kindergarten is a track with multi-dimension. ”Interview” and ”Participatory Observation” will be adopted to enforce the SWOT analysis, and further to discuss the present situation of Kindergarten innovative management and innovative integrated strategy. According to these approaches, we enhance the competitiveness, renew the function of kindergarten, and provide the advices for kindergarten innovative management.
