高齡者參與教育的需求隨著高齡社會的來臨與日俱增。高齡者參與教育活動,能使其角色與責任重新定位,賦予新的意義,也能促進其成功老化。本文試著從回流教育的角度,分析技專校院辦理高齡者回流教育之可能困境,並針對其困境,提出可行之研究,包括專責的行政人員,放寬入學限制,雇用專業人員,設置符合高齡者特性的教學環境,採用適宜的教材與教法等。 |
英文摘要 |
In aging society, the more population of the elderly we have, the more education they need, which not only helps redefine their roles and duties but also makes them age successfully. The purpose of this study is to examine the possibility of the elderly recurrent education provided by the Institute of Technology. In this study, the possible difficulties are analyzed and the suggestions are discussed. The suggestions for school include having professional manpower in the administration, offering flexible entrance qualification, designing multiple courses, teaching materials and teaching environment according to the characteristics of elderly learners. |
