在知識經濟時代裡,企業皆在尋求組織所存在的無形資本,將無形資本儲存與累積於組織中,並防止員工不願與他人分享,進而造成組織重大損失。本研究旨在探討組織中的組織信任與智慧資本的關聯性。組織信任可分爲主管信任與系統信任兩構面;智慧資本可分爲組織資本、顧客資本與人力資本等三項構面。以台灣高科技產業爲研究對象,進行問卷調查,獲得448份有效樣本。本研究係採用結構方程模式來驗證假設模型,以LISREL8.7爲分析工具,找出一個最佳適配模型。研究結果顯示主管信任對人力資本之影響爲正向關係,而對組織資本與顧客資本之影響爲負向關係。系統信任對組織資本與顧客資本之影響爲正向關係,而對人力資本之影響爲負向關係。最後依照研究分析結果,討論變項間影響關係,分析理論與實務上之意涵與建議,以提供管理階層決策時參考。

英文摘要

In knowledge economy era, enterprises store and accumulate intangible capital, and keep it in their organizations. They also try to prevent the loss from their employees who keep knowledge and technology with themselves and don't share with others. The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between organizational trust and intellectual capital. This research was done by the questionnaire survey from the high-technology industries in Taiwan, with 448 valid samples. Organizational trust is divided into two constructs (or dimensions), the trust in supervisor and the trust in organization. Intellectual capital is divided into three constructs, the organizational capital, the customer capital and the human capital. Applying Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and LISREL 8.7, the relationship among five constructs were tested. Through confirmatory factor analysis and structural model analysis, this research found an optimum model. The result of this study shows that trust in supervisor has a significant positive influence on human capital and a significant negative influence on organizational capital and customer capital. Trust in organization has a significant positive influence on organizational capital and customer capital. Based on the results generated, there are some implications and suggestions that can be offered to the executives of the high-technology industries in Taiwan.
