工作與家庭兩個場域,常常會因為另一個場域對角色的期待,而造成角色不相容。本研究目的在於以多構面發展『工作對家庭衝突』與『家庭對工作衝突』量表,針對個體在工作與家庭場域,因為必須面對不同角色的需求,因此產生的壓力與衝突。本研究的結果為在『工作對家庭衝突』的構念發展出十一個問項和三個構面,這三個構面分別是主管需求、同事需求和公司需求;而在『家庭對工作衝突』的構念發展出十個問項和三個構面,這三個構面分別是配偶/伴侶需求、子女需求和長輩需求。

英文摘要

Roles in two fields of work and family might be incompatible due to the expectation of roles from the one field. Our study is to develop the scale to measure work-family conflict and family-work conflict from the demand of expected roles in the two fields. In addition, our scale is multi-dimensional one which separates the two constructs: ”work-family conflict” and ”family-work conflict”. As the result, eleven items in supervisors, colleagues', and organizations' demand are developed for the construct of work-family conflict while ten ones in partners', children's, and elders' demand are developed for the construct of family-work conflict.
