自1993年以來,台灣地區逐漸進入高齡化社會,人口老化問題引發了新的醫療議題,慢性病醫療以及長期照護的需求大幅度增加,因此居家看護系統即成為未來醫療保健中重要一角。本論文研究可長期連續進行心電訊號以及血壓信號等生理訊號之追蹤、記錄、分析;當偵測到的生理訊號值異常時,將以全球衛星定位系統GPS將病人的所在位置利用GPRS Modem傳送到醫院的醫療監控系統,而醫院將在最短時間內,透過政府醫療救護系統派遣醫護人員到達現場,緊急救護,挽救病人生命。本研究成果預計可在老人居家看護系統中備受矚目。

英文摘要

Since 1993, Taiwan has entered an era of elderly society. Rapid aging population has caused new medical problems. Chronic illness medication and long-term nursing demands have increased dramatically. Therefore the in-house nursing system will be an important theme on medical service in the future. This system may continuously carry on tracing, recording, and analyzing Electrical Bio-Signals in a long term, as well as Electrocardiogram (ECG) and blood pressure signal. While detecting abnormal values, it can be tracked with GPS and send the patient's located position by GPRS modem to the hospital surveillance system. For the hospital, by the shortest period of time, the medical professionals will dispatched to the scene by the government medical aiding system and save the patient's life. This research may play an important role in the elderly nursing medication system.
