本研究提出一套整合的方法論以創新綠能產業的商業模式,該模式輔以系統動力學方程式,可模擬商業運作並顯示其盈虧與效益。此方法論整合商業模式設計、企業策略、系統動力學、永續性發展等課題。方法論包括5個步驟:1.構建商業模式;2.分析關鍵要素之因果關聯;3.構建系統動力模型;4.評估盈虧與效益;5.設計永續之演進。文中為太陽能與風力發電提供一個解決方案,以示範方法論用於商業模式創新,進行相關評估,與考慮、永續經營。本方法論有助於綠能公司與政府:公司可藉以設計可行的商業模式;政府在制訂補助政策與遊戲規則前可評估預期的成效。 |
英文摘要 |
This research proposed an integrated methodology for innovating the business model of the green power industry. The model, enhanced with formulae of system dynamics, could simulate the business operation and indicate its profitability and performance. The methodology integrates business model design, enterprise strategy, system dynamics, and the consideration of sustainability.There are five steps of the methodology: 1. building business model, 2. analyzing causal effect among key factors, 3. constructing system-dynamics model, 4. assessing profit & performance, and 5. developing sustainable evolution. A solution for utilizing solar power and wind power demonstrates the application of the methodology to business model innovation and performance assessment, with the consideration of sustainability. This methodology can bring the benefit for both the green power companies and the government. The companies could innovate their sustainable business, and the government could evaluate projected performance before setting the subsidizing policy and the rules of the game. |
